What meats can I use your sauces on?
Smokemaster and Mango Beach sauces work well on all cuts of meat,
including chicken, pork, lamb, beef and fish. They are also popular with
hunters, adding special flavors to venison and game.
When should I coat Smokemaster Barbeque Sauce on my entrée?
Barbeque sauce should always be applied to the entrée during the
last twenty to thirty minutes of grill time.
Always move the entrée away from any intense or direct heat to ensure
the sauce does not burn. Coat all items and let smoke inside the grill.
The sauce will reduce a little bit and thicken, while coating and
glazing the entrée.
Does Smokemaster Barbeque Sauce need to be refrigerated?
Only our Mango Beach products require refrigeration. With our
Smokemaster products refrigeration is a preference not a requirement.
Smokemaster products are brought up to 188 degrees during their cooking
cycle. The ph is very low because of the natural cider vinegar used in
production. This combination of pasteurization and low ph ensures a
sterile product at point of bottling, and an extended shelf life for the
consumer. You can refrigerate your open bottles but it is not required.
Does Smokemaster Barbeque Sauce have other uses?
Smokemaster Sauces are used in a variety of ways. Some customers use
sauces with cream cheese for a delicious cracker spread. We have had
people tell us it is wonderful in salads and deviled eggs recipes. Many
customers marinate their fish and game in it prior to smoking and
grilling.
Meatloaf lovers mix it into their recipes for moist and flavorful
meatloaf. Many others use their crock pot to simmer and slow cook
roasts, ribs and loins.
Where are Smokemaster and Mango Beach sauces manufactured?
All of our products are professionally bottled at Endorphin Farms of
St. Augustine, Florida. They are an FDA approved facility and maintain a
constant Grade-A inspection criteria.
